Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of BuildFloorPlan, which is an AI-powered floor plan generation platform with subscription billing, credit packs, and account management. You must follow this policy when uploading content, entering prompts, editing plans, exporting assets, or sharing results.

1. You Must Not Use The Service To

• Generate NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Create face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or identity-manipulation content
• Create illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, hateful, or harassing content
• Generate deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading materials
• Upload content you do not own or have permission to use
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass safeguards, moderation, rate limits, or account restrictions
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to abuse credits or service capacity
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without authorization

2. AI Generation Restrictions

All prompts for image generation are screened before they reach our AI providers. Requests that are denied or flagged by our moderation controls are blocked.

• Do not request uncensored, unfiltered, or 18+ generation
• Do not attempt to disguise prohibited requests through obfuscation or roleplay
• Do not use the service to create outputs for adult, exploitative, or manipulative use cases

3. Enforcement

We may block prompts, suspend features, cancel subscriptions, remove shared assets, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or our Terms of Service.
