1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BuildFloorPlan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What BuildFloorPlan provides

BuildFloorPlan is a software product for generating floor plan ideas, planning visuals, and related outputs from prompts, uploaded images, sketches, and structured project inputs.

Unless we explicitly say otherwise, the service is intended for ideation, planning support, and presentation workflows. It is not a substitute for licensed architectural, engineering, legal, or code-compliance advice.

BuildFloorPlan is operated remotely from Shenzhen, China.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BuildFloorPlan to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Submit illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful material
• Request or distribute infringing, unsafe, or NSFW output
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service
• Use bots or automation to bypass intended usage limits
• Represent generated output as licensed professional advice

5. Uploads, prompts, and generated output

You keep ownership of content you upload, subject to the rights needed for us to process it and provide the service.

As between you and us, you may use generated output subject to these terms, your plan, and any third-party rights in your source material. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in any real project.

Some outputs are generated through third-party AI providers and may be subject to provider-side safety filters, moderation, and processing limits.

6. Plans, credits, and billing

BuildFloorPlan may offer free access, subscriptions, and one-time credit packs. Credits and plan limits may reset, expire, or renew according to the plan details shown at the time of purchase.

Prices, plan structure, and included usage may change over time. Any such changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy. In general, subscriptions and one-time credits are non-refundable once provisioned, except in limited cases such as duplicate billing or confirmed system-related failures.

To request review of a billing issue, contact support@buildfloorplan.com with your account email, order or subscription ID, charge date, and a short description of the issue.

8. Commercial and professional use

You are responsible for determining whether a generated output is appropriate for commercial, client-facing, renovation, or construction-related use. Where professional review is required, you must obtain it from qualified professionals.

9. Service disclaimers

BuildFloorPlan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, construction readiness, code compliance, or fitness for a specific project.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildFloorPlan and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, your inability to use it, or your reliance on generated output.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if misuse is detected, or if continued access would create risk to the platform or others.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
