How do credits work in BuildFloorPlan?
Credits are the usage unit for generation and editing. Basic mode uses fewer credits, while Quality mode uses more. This keeps lightweight usage affordable and reserves higher-cost generation for paid workflows.
Are credits charged per image or per run?
Credits are charged per run, not per individual image download. The exact cost depends on the workflow and mode you choose, such as generator, editor, Basic, or Quality.
What is the difference between Free, Pro, and Team?
Free is for trying the workflow with starter credits and no exports. Pro is for real project work with PNG and PDF export, commercial use, and permanent history while subscribed. Team adds higher volume plus SVG export, client sharing, and brand-ready exports.
Is Quality mode included in every plan?
No. Quality mode is reserved for active paid subscriptions. Free accounts can use the core workflow in Basic mode, while paid plans unlock higher-quality generation options.
Can I buy extra credits without changing my plan?
Yes. Extra credits can be purchased separately, so you can handle occasional heavier usage without immediately changing subscription tiers.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
Subscription credits are designed around your billing cycle, while separately purchased credits stay available until you use them. This helps recurring usage stay predictable without making one-off purchases expire too quickly.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your paid features stay available until the end of the current billing period. After that, the account falls back to Free, new usage follows Free limits, and older history is eventually trimmed to the Free retention window.
