How refunds, failed runs, and cancellations are handled on BuildFloorPlan.

Important notice
BuildFloorPlan sells digital usage entitlements such as subscriptions and one-time credits. These are generally non-refundable once purchased, except in the situations described below.
1. What purchases cover
Subscriptions and one-time credits pay for access to a hosted software service and its generation capacity. Because digital access is provisioned immediately, purchases are typically final.
BuildFloorPlan is operated remotely from Shenzhen, China.
Cases where we can help
Failed runs caused by system issues
If a generation fails because of a platform or processing error, we may automatically refund the credits used or restore equivalent value to your account.
Duplicate charges
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us and we will review and refund duplicate charges when confirmed.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and future renewals stop after cancellation.
Cases that are not normally eligible
Purchased credits
One-time credits are generally non-refundable once purchased, whether they are used or unused.
Used or partially used subscription time
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time in the current billing period unless required by law.
Preference or quality dissatisfaction
AI-assisted outputs vary by prompt, upload quality, and project constraints. We do not guarantee a particular creative or planning result.
2. Construction and professional use
BuildFloorPlan provides planning and visualization outputs. It does not guarantee construction-ready accuracy, code compliance, structural soundness, or professional architectural approval. Refund requests based only on project suitability or professional review outcomes are generally not granted.
3. How to request a refund review
To request review of a duplicate charge or an eligible system-related issue, email support@buildfloorplan.com and include:
- Your account email
- Your order or subscription ID
- The charge date
- A short description of the issue
We review requests under this Refund Policy and may ask for additional information needed to verify the charge.
